Meet the team

Mancini Made is a young family construction company led by two brothers, Paul and Anthony Mancini.

We’re passionate about custom design, precision crafting and building efficiency. We place utmost importance on the seamless integration of architecture and construction.

Our approach has created many enviable living spaces – and earned the trust and loyalty of an ever-widening group of clients, both residential and commercial.

Our clients’ ongoing endorsement of Mancini Made – our people and our process – continues to drive and inspire us.


With a family history in real estate, Paul is driven by a passion for architectural excellence and finely-crafted construction. Among his many qualifications is a double degree in Construction & Architecture (with Honours) from Deakin University.

With over 14 years of premium construction experience to his credit, Paul leads the Mancini Made Build and Design + Build service. Paul loves to explore the design process with each client, to ensure your plans and vision are fully expressed in the design and build.


Anthony is a site manager with a craftsman’s eye for fine detail and precision. He has a double degree in Construction Management and Facilities Management (with Honours in both) from Deakin University. He was also dux of his final year.

Anthony has over 12 years of construction experience and has worked with a range of high-end construction companies in Melbourne. Anthony ensures each Mancini Made project runs smoothly and finishes superbly.

Accounting & Adm. Manager

Gemma is in charge of all our Accounting, Financial Controlling and Reporting functions.

She is hard working and meticulous, as well as highly qualified.

  • Masters in Business Administration.
  • Degree of Science in Commerce, Major in Accounting.
  • Member of CPA Australia.

Gemma also has over 13 years construction experience and has worked with one of Melbourne’s biggest Tier 1 commercial builders.

She keeps Mancini Made running like clockwork.

Accounts Payable Officer

Mildred will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the essential day-to-day accounting requirements of Mancini Made, processing everything from invoices to payments.

Mildred joins us with 15 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor in Business Education with Accounting Majors.

She previously worked with a leading Weight Loss company and Facility Management company.

Mildred loves baking, is a keen volleyball player and plans to one day travel the world.

Mildred is a dedicated mother of three, a passionate and highly focused individual with an easy-going personality.

Personal Assistant

As well as performing a range of administrative tasks, Adele’s main role is to assist Paul and Anthony Mancini.

Her duties include, but are not limited to, organising boardroom meetings, arranging company events and dinners, and supporting the company’s directors with scheduling tasks and commitments.

At the same time, Adele is currently undertaking a double degree in Architecture and Construction Management at Deakin University. She hopes to become a Project Manager upon completion of her degree.

Adele is known for her highly focused, proactive approach to work, combined with a strong drive for personal improvement.

Adele enjoys a healthy lifestyle, exploring the great outdoors, travel to new and exciting places, and attending music gigs. She has a special interest in sustainable modern architecture.

Personal Assistant

Nikki assists Paul and Anthony Mancini with a range of different tasks.

She comes with 7 years accounts experience from one of the largest banks in the Philippines.

Nikki will soon complete her Masters in Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University.

As her recent history indicates, Nikki is quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new situations. A perfect addition to our admin team.


Before joining Mancini Made, Mervyn worked as a Senior Estimator and Cost Planner with three of Melbourne’s leading residential and commercial builders.

Mervyn has over 26 years of construction industry experience, responsible for the tendering and cost planning of a large number of projects. His main experience is with medium to high density residential and commercial projects valued up to $60m.

His main qualification is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with Honours.

Mervyn loves team sports, gardening, travel and home renovation. He is also actively involved in community work.

Mervyn’s personal qualities include openness, honesty, reliability and loyalty.

Operations Manager

After working with two of Melbourne’s best residential builders (apart from us) Marco comes to Mancini Made totally up to speed.

He has backed his Diploma in Building with over 10 years of construction experience in high-end medium-density projects valued up to $25m.
Working alongside our Site Manager, Marco will be responsible for the efficient delivery of numerous new projects.
Along with construction, Marco takes an active interest in property development and historical architecture.
Passionate, focused and easy-going, he’s a perfect fit for our business.
Contract Administrator

It’s rare to find a Contract Administrator who aligns so well with the design focus of Mancini Made. Luca holds a Bachelor of Architecture, an Advanced Diploma in Building Design and has a special interest in multi-purpose residential design and construction.

He is also highly experienced in Project Documentation and Master Planning, having worked for over 5 years on a variety of complex Government projects with tight deadline demands.

At Mancini Made, Luca will work closely with our Project and Site Managers to ensure projects are completed on time, budget and plan. This entails monitoring project costs on a daily basis and providing regular financial and progress reports.

Luca is an enthusiastic individual who loves the challenge of getting the job done right. Outside of work he enjoys time with family and friends, soccer, golf and cooking, as well as architecture with an art deco twist.

Contract Administrator

Tom has an incredibly broad range of building experience. The variety of projects he has delivered includes apartments, multi-unit developments, schools, institutional projects, commercial fit outs, data centres and façade replacement.

He has a Diploma in Building & Construction and has over 10 years of intensive construction experience.

He enjoys being part of an industry that is actively involved in developing the urban landscape. He loves the fact that every project is unique and presents its own problem-solving challenges.

Outside of the building site, Tom is into everything outdoors. This includes fishing, camping, bike riding, sports and adventure travel.

Like his career and personal interests, Tom has a wide range of personality traits. He is energetic and driven as well as honest and easy-going.

Contract Administrator

Evan comes to Mancini Made with an enviable record of achievement:

30 apartments in Ivanhoe valued at $13m, 60 apartments in Burwood valued at $16m, 92 apartments in South Yarra valued at $25m, 112 apartments in Preston valued at $26m and a luxury home in Camberwell valued at $5.2m.

He has also completed a range of residential builds for a volume builder of housing estates working alongside the site manager and project manager.

After gaining his Bachelor of Construction Management at RMIT, Evan began full-time work in 2014 and now has over 7 years construction experience.

Evan has also completed a degree in Exercise Science – and is totally into training and weight lifting. He has a newfound interest in camping with family and friends. He is somewhat of a foodie too, exploring new restaurants and cafes whenever possible.

Evan is soon to be a father of two. He owns a motorcycle, but doesn’t get to ride as often as he’d like. His friends describe him as sociable, positive and level-headed.

Site Manager

Daniel comes to Mancini Made with over nine years construction experience, a Diploma of Building and Construction and a wealth of experience working with one of Melbourne’s largest volume builders.

Daniel’s role is to help maintain the efficient operation at our construction sites, liaising with the site manager on the management of the day’s construction works.

Daniel is also responsible for the timely delivery of building materials, helping circumvent construction delays and ensuring smooth building progress. He will also oversee OHS compliance onsite.

Daniel is highly career driven and goal focused. Beyond his passion for residential construction, he loves the outdoors and travel.

Site Manager

Adrian comes with a wealth of industry experience including a total of over 20 years construction experience, 15 years as a tradesman with multiple licenses and 10 years in construction management. Over his career he has worked on a wide variety of high-end medium-density projects valued up to $25m.

Adrian’s qualifications include a Diploma in Building and Construction (Building), a Diploma in Building and Construction (Management) and training in OHS.

Adrian loves a challenge, especially solving any problems that come up during construction. In his spare time he is into playing soccer, golf, cooking and sharing experiences with family and friends. He also has a keen interest in history, odd facts and family traditions.

Adrian tries to not take life too seriously and is well known for his ability to make people laugh, especially at his dad jokes. He is a collaborative leader, who also describes himself as “ridiculously competitive”.

Site Manager

Eamonn has run his own construction business for 25 years with a focus on high-end boutique homes. For the last 5 years he has worked as a Site Manager for large construction companies building luxury apartments in South Yarra, Kew and North Melbourne.

He completed his Certificate in Building Management in New Zealand.

Sailing is a huge passion for Eamonn. He has competed in numerous Sydney to Hobart yacht races and various offshore racing competitions. He keeps himself fit by paddling in his ocean surf ski.

Despite his competitive spirit, Eamonn is an easy-going guy who loves the challenge of complex construction projects.

Site Manager

James has a good 10 years of construction experience across the major sectors of residential, commercial and education. He has delivered projects ranging from schools, restaurants, cafes, office buildings and apartment blocks.

James has a Diploma in Building and Construction as well as a Certificate 3 in Carpentry and combines his experience in the building industry with a long-time interest in good architecture.

He lived overseas for 5 years in his twenties and would jump at the opportunity to travel again. He’s a keen follower of the AFL, barracking mainly for Essendon, and enjoys playing both golf and tennis.

Most of all, James loves spending time with his family and friends. He is married with two young kids and says he loves (almost) every part of being a dad.

Site Manager

Tim has worked in the construction industry for over 13 years. His experience includes his key role as a Site Manager for the past 7 years, responsible for the scheduling and coordinating of various on-site works. 

His qualifications include the completion of an apprenticeship in plastering as well as a Certificate 4 in Building and Construction.

From an early age Tim developed a strong passion for architecture which led to a career dedicated to building fine examples of good architecture.

Outside of work, Tim loves the great outdoors. He also loves (those rare occasions) watching Collingwood win. And he enjoys any time he can spend with family and friends.

Tim describes himself as loyal, driven and determined, which he demonstrates at Mancini Made every day.

Skilled Labourer

Gurmeet has a good 7 years’ experience working on construction sites. He also holds a rare qualification for a site labourer – a Bachelor of Arts.

Gurmeet assists with the delivery of numerous projects with his various on-site duties supporting the Site Manager.

As well as a strong interest in all aspects of construction, Gurmeet loves running, playing soccer, gardening and music. One of his dreams is to travel the world one day with his family.

While Gurmeet has an easy-going personality, he is also known as a passionate, flexible and energetic team-player. A perfect fit for Mancini Made.

Skilled Labourer

Deon has worked at Mancini Made as a Site Labourer for a good two years and has more than proven his worth assisting our onsite team to keep projects on the move.

The work involves a high level of manual labour and is often physically demanding, but Deon can always be relied upon to deliver. He’s a quick learner and a great team player.

Outside of work, Deon loves taking his boat out fishing, playing soccer with mates and gardening with his grandfather. And he can’t wait to go overseas and visit Bali again.

Deon is a loyal, kind and honest guy, both funny and energetic.
