With a family history in real estate, Paul is driven by a passion for architectural excellence and finely-crafted construction. Among his many qualifications is a double degree in Construction & Architecture (with Honours) from Deakin University.
With over 14 years of premium construction experience to his credit, Paul leads the Mancini Made Build and Design + Build service. Paul loves to explore the design process with each client, to ensure your plans and vision are fully expressed in the design and build.
Anthony is a site manager with a craftsman’s eye for fine detail and precision. He has a double degree in Construction Management and Facilities Management (with Honours in both) from Deakin University. He was also dux of his final year.
Anthony has over 12 years of construction experience and has worked with a range of high-end construction companies in Melbourne. Anthony ensures each Mancini Made project runs smoothly and finishes superbly.
Gemma is in charge of all our Accounting, Financial Controlling and Reporting functions.
She is hard working and meticulous, as well as highly qualified.

- Member of CPA Australia.
Gemma also has over 13 years construction experience and has worked with one of Melbourne’s biggest Tier 1 commercial builders.
She keeps Mancini Made running like clockwork.
Mildred will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of the essential day-to-day accounting requirements of Mancini Made, processing everything from invoices to payments.
Mildred joins us with 15 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor in Business Education with Accounting Majors.
She previously worked with a leading Weight Loss company and Facility Management company.
Mildred loves baking, is a keen volleyball player and plans to one day travel the world.
Mildred is a dedicated mother of three, a passionate and highly focused individual with an easy-going personality.
Nikki assists Paul and Anthony Mancini with a range of different tasks.
She comes with 7 years accounts experience from one of the largest banks in the Philippines.
Nikki will soon complete her Masters in Professional Accounting from Central Queensland University.
As her recent history indicates, Nikki is quick to pick up new skills and adapt to new situations. A perfect addition to our admin team.
Glenn has over 15 years estimating experience with two of Melbourne’s finest residential builders.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in Building Design and Drafting and has worked on various high-end Medium Density projects valued up to $25 million, including a variety of State and Government projects.
As well as his involvement in Construction and Property Development, Glenn has a keen interest in Historical Architecture.
His hobbies and interests include cycling, travel and time with family on the family farm.
Those who know him describe Glenn as passionate, energetic, focused and easy-going.
After working with two of Melbourne’s best residential builders (apart from us) Marco comes to Mancini Made totally up to speed.
After earning his Degree in Construction Management (with Honours) at Deakin University, Daniel worked with one of Melbourne’s best institutional commercial builders.
He now has over 8 years of construction experience, with a focus on estimating and project management.
However, Daniel’s interests extend to all aspects of the building business. Property Development, Architecture and Construction, and as his current position suggests, Finance.
Daniel is meticulous, organised and highly efficient – ideal attributes for his role at Mancini Made.
Julian has 15 years construction experience working for a number of highly respected Tier 1 to Tier 3 builders in Melbourne and London.
Ten of those years included the construction of extremely high-end residential homes and townhouses valued up to $12 million and multi-residential apartment projects valued up to $25 million.
Throughout his career, Julian has been responsible for the management and delivery of 19 residential projects, a combined total of around 400 dwellings with a construction value in excess of $280 million.
Julian is a passionate golfer, a long-time member of the Kooringal Golf Club in Altona and recently scored his first hole in one! He in fact loves all sports particularly AFL, Formula 1, cricket and tennis.
Julian describes himself as an active and doting father to two beautiful young daughters.
One rare personality trait is an almost encyclopaedic ability to absorb and recall information from the BCA/NCC and Australian Standards.
Gabriel comes to Mancini Made with over 6 years of construction experience having worked with one of Melbourne’s best multi-residential builders.
His previous roles include both project management and contract administration on numerous high-end medium-density projects valued from $6m to $25m.
Like many of our team, Gabriel completed his Diploma in Building & Construction at RMIT University in Melbourne.
Along with his interests in construction and property development, Gabriel has a keen love of sport, both playing and watching – especially Soccer, AFL and UFC.
Gabriel is a passionate and energetic addition to our team, who describes himself as an “easy-going perfectionist”.
Brendan began his career in the construction industry well over 20 years ago. His is a fully qualified builder with a Certificate 4 in Building & Construction.
He joins Mancini Made with over seven years of site management experience in premium apartment and medium density projects ranging from $5M to $24M.
Prior to that he focused on residential building in the Melbourne bayside area.
Brendan has two sons and a daughter, is a passionate Essendon Football Club fan and the trainer of his son’s footy team. He likes to play golf to relax.
Brendan describes himself as a loyal, honest guy who likes a good laugh. Easy going, unless he’s watching the Bombers play.
David holds a Diploma in Building & Construction, a Certificate IV in Work Health, and is qualified as a Safety Section 44 appointed person.
He has completed a wide variety of projects in remote locations across Australia, including Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
His experience spans many sectors including commercial, retail, mining, industrial and resort accommodation.
He has worked with some of Australia’s largest companies and has a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
As he has also run his own business, David has a keen understanding of commercial realities, and is experienced in procurement, resourcing and business development.
David’s sporting interests cover a wide spectrum too. He enjoys surfing, golf, snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking.
As his background indicates, he is a hard worker with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
Daniel comes to Mancini Made with over nine years construction experience, a Diploma of Building and Construction and a wealth of experience working with one of Melbourne’s largest volume builders.
Daniel’s role is to help maintain the efficient operation at our construction sites, liaising with the site manager on the management of the day’s construction works.
Daniel is also responsible for the timely delivery of building materials, helping circumvent construction delays and ensuring smooth building progress. He will also oversee OHS compliance onsite.
Daniel is highly career driven and goal focused. Beyond his passion for residential construction, he loves the outdoors and travel.
Ben joins Mancini Made with a Diploma in Furniture Design and a Certificate in Horticulture.
He has a keen interest in design, architecture and property development.
Ben loved travel and music and is a dedicated AFL and motorsport fan.
That’s possible why he is such a good team player – as well as a highly organised and motivated individual.
