Mancini Made planned, designed and built these matching ultracontemporary townhouses set side-by-side on a tight 12.95m frontage.

Imagine minimal architecture with extremely high-end detail and finishes – at the same time, a serene home to live in.

Special features include minimal flat roofing with mechanical louvres to the north façade, a 2.5 wide pivot front door and seamless garage doors camouflaged into the front façade.

Internals include American oak floors, a Calcutta marble kitchen, a double height void and laser cut screens, all beautifully finished and furnished.

The design accommodates both north and south facing living spaces and a shared crossover.

Altogether, a home that’s a joy to live in and a place like no other in Altona.
