Details

Rising over two levels this enviable seafront townhouse is designed to capture idyllic bay views from as many vantage points as possible, while presenting a strikingly contemporary presence to the streetfront.

The architect’s vision emphasises clean lines and harmonious proportions to create a sense of serenity and order. The robust metal batten cladding of the exterior façade displays strong vertical lines that accentuate the large frameless viewing windows alongside panels of glass louvres.

The ground floor interior features Urbis Cinder Oak timber floors extending throughout the expansive lounge/entertainment areas to a gourmet kitchen with long benchtops of Caesar stone.

A timber stairway leads to the open plan living/dining area on the second level where a cantilevered extended balcony creates an outdoor dining area with majestic sunset views over Port Phillip Bay.
