2017 Build

At Mancini Made, no two projects are the same. To create this pair of townhouses, we worked to two separate briefs. One, an ultra-modern expression of our client’s individual sense of contemporary style. The other, a refined contemporary townhouse to serve as a long term investment property.

Striking first impressions are created with a pair of orange brick cubes that step towards the street. Each features a large picture window framed with black window shrouds. The main double storey structure is finished in timber cladding and slate tiles with all materials unified by the colour of deep charcoal.

The interior is pure gallery space: minimal, open and light-flooded. Clean hard edges merge with soft-to-the-touch furnishings and silky drapes. Meticulously integrated cabinetry echoes the charcoal-hued theme introduced outside. Fittings exemplify the latest in contemporary design with standout features such as an elegantly-styled wood heater.

For anyone wishing to create their own version of contemporary living, our client offers some excellent advice:

“Form a strategic relationship (with Mancini Made) and push the boundaries of smart, contemporary design and smart solutions.”
