Construction challenges were varied. A main road site with schools opposite, limited access for deliveries and cranes, with rock throughout site.
The design called for a massive suspended slab, requiring three concrete pumps to complete the pour in a day. To meet time constraints, we managed multiple trades on site at any one time.
The project exceeded expectations particularly considering its size and the complexity of detail required.
Time and budget objectives were exceeded and Harwood sold out 100% prior to completion.
