2015 Build

The essential vision for this project was to create a contemporary townhouse development that suits the aesthetic of an established heritage streetscape.

Part of meeting this challenge was to ensure the development scaled down when abutting the adjoining heritage dwellings. The structure also allows the owners to appreciate the adjoining Cecil Street streetscape with open framing and large panels of glazing on the upper level.

To reflect the quality of the surrounding properties great care was taken in the crafting and detailing of the development.

Tina Lindner said she would “happily recommend Mancini Made for this type of development requiring a high level of quality delivered at reasonable cost.”
