Our client set high aspirations for this project: to create a pair of modern luxury townhouses that stand out from the rest.

The plan involved maximising site value by delivering a stylish family home for the owner with an appealing investment property next door. We took all aspects into consideration in the design of these perfectly matching townhouses. Each encompass a floorplan of 26.5 sqm, cleverly zoned to accommodate four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and two separate living areas.

The impressive exterior reflects the existing streetscape, blending traditional hip roofing with sections of modern flat roofing. Sharp angles, defined lines and contemporary proportions create a distinctly modern impact.

Large black box-framed picture windows adjoin crisp white wall render and frame the east rear orientation and north-facing rear yards. Thin strips of vertical timber provide contrast and mirror the weatherboard of neighbouring properties.

According to our client, the precision evident in the finished project is a good match for the building process itself. “Mancini Made eliminated the guess work and streamlined the process, making each phase of the project easy, smooth and seamless.”
