This distinctly modern residence was designed and built by Mancini Made to maximize the impact of a small block in a stylish new estate near the JP Fawkner Reserve in Strathmore.
The steps from the front pavement lead to a wide tinted glass pivot door that enters into a spacious lobby that opens onto a breathtaking double-height void above the multi-level living, dining and kitchen areas.
Spectacular light sculptures are suspended over the living spaces while the void floods the house with sunlight and visually connects the upper and lower levels.
The open kitchen is defined by symmetrical minimalist styling, strong horizontal lines and precision joinery in pristine white and deep charcoal. A soft-hued timber staircase wrapped in glass leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms above. Both visually striking and practical, a digital workstation is neatly integrated into the staircase design.
There’s a great sense of pride to see an ambitious design come to life. In the words of our client “it was amazing to see what was on paper and looked insanely difficult being built with amazing craftsmanship and detail – the completed job is hands down second to none.”
