Mancini Made has proudly been certified as a Great Place to Work for the second time, reaffirming the strong workplace culture we’ve built as we continue to grow.

GPTW is the global authority on workplace culture. Using a Trust Index survey, the organisation measures the level of trust employees have in the workplace, rating the consistency of their experience across five dimensions of the Trust Model.

We’re pleased to report that 75% of our people confirm they work in a great workplace, compared to the Australian average of 60%.
