Over the years, Mancini Made has gained a reputation as a builder of great places to live. Now, we’re proud to announce that Mancini Made has recently been certified as a great place to work.
GPTW is the global authority on workplace culture. Using a Trust Index survey, the organisation measures the level of trust employees have in the workplace. Employees rate the consistency of their experience at work across five dimensions of the “Trust Model”.
We’re pleased to report that an extremely high 83% of our people confirm they work in a great workplace. (This is particularly good news compared to the Australian average of 56%.)
