Reflecting the contemporary elegance of the glazed façade, the interior design exudes a sculptural quality, with abundant sunlight illuminating soft-toned stone surfaces and finely-grained timber flooring. Mancini Made's signature attention to detail and craftsmanship shines through, particularly in the façade with its vast curved window. Externally, the façade balances clean modern lines with textures such as metal, concrete, timber, and perforated white bricks.

The front residence features elevated living spaces with exceptional bay views, a central double-height circulation zone, and an adjacent north-facing courtyard. The upper level comprises bedrooms, bathrooms, a children’s retreat, and a luxurious master bedroom also commanding panoramic water views.

The double-height void above the entrance, coupled with the north-facing courtyard, floods the dwelling with natural light and serves as a central visual focal point, enhancing the sense of openness throughout. The rear residence is similarly configured, prioritising northern sunlight for primary living areas and seamlessly integrating with the landscaped backyard.

Both residences feature a sophisticated material palette of charcoal-coloured engineered timber floors, warm grey stone, dark timber veneer joinery, and sleek black furnishings. Luxurious bathroom finishes include a marble feature wall, dark timber veneers, and strategically placed skylights that draw natural light inside.

From the expansive glazing across the façade to the light-filled spaciousness of the interiors, this pair of townhouses stands as one of the finest addresses on Altona’s waterfront and a testament to Mancini Made's commitment to excellence.
