Located on one of Williamstown’s most prestigious streets, the project presented unique challenges due to the site’s size and proximity to neighbouring boundaries. However, with efficient site management and strategic planning, Mancini Made delivered a clean finished product that preserved the integrity of the design.
One of the home’s many standout features is its unique curved pool. This design motif continues throughout the house, from arched windows and mirrors to the elegant external spiral staircase. These elements combine with abundant greenery outside and unexpected beachy and earthy tones inside.
The architect’s vision was to create a functional and timeless family home, resulting in a space with a natural sense of flow. The muted front façade offers a subtle introduction among its stately neighbours. At the same time, the interiors reveal a finely crafted array of touches, including a centrepiece staircase and a contemporary kitchen at the heart of the home.
Stepping through the completed home, the full collaboration between the architect and builder is evident. This project is a testament to the skill and dedication of the Mancini Made team, who brought this vision to life with precision and care.
