The townhouses present a sharply-defined design presence to the street with intricately arranged black brickwork with contrasting white pointing. Yet the most striking feature of the design is at the rear of the buildings which incorporate saw-tooth roofing and raked ceilings over the open living spaces. Walls of glass soar over two levels to embrace the northern sunlight and overlook the 4640mm swimming pool.
Both townhouses display impeccable attention to detail with original features, textures and finishes that create a sense of relaxed contemporary living. A glass-enclosed open-void staircase leads to three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper levels. Black chevron timber flooring flows through the living areas, with similar patterning reflected in the bathroom wall tiling. Kitchen benches feature delicately-veined Empira White marble quartz. Gas fireplaces in the main living areas are stylishly finished in polished concrete render.
Together, the Rose Street properties demonstrate the value of a like-minded client/designer/builder relationship. In the words of our client “From start to finish Mancini Made made this development such a seamless process. The end result is beyond our expectations. Aesthetically pleasing with a wow factor!”
